Your first three inspections are free. After that you pay $8 for each inspection you complete — no monthly fee, no minimum, and nothing held back. Every feature, every report type, and AI on every photo are included. If it's a slow month, you pay nothing. Doing more than about 15 a month? Solo's flat rate starts saving you money.
Every new account gets its first three inspections free, on any plan. Nothing is limited during them — it is the whole platform. Billing only starts once you have completed the third one, so you can run real jobs through Inspector Studio and decide with your own work in front of you rather than a demo.
Every plan — including Pay As You Go — gets the full platform: all report types, AI on every photo, automations, client and agent portals, payroll, and integrations. There are no features locked behind a higher tier, no fee for the AI that helps you write, and we never take a cut of your payment processing. The one exception is optional services that cost us real money each time you use them — right now that means report translation, which we pass through at close to our cost and only bill in the months you use it. We would rather tell you that up front than pretend it is free and bake it into everyone's price.
If you compare only reporting and scheduling, our standard price can be higher. Inspector Studio is built to replace more of the operating stack: true CRM, shared customer communications, reporting and specialty forms, scheduling, payments, payroll, mileage, team operations, reputation tools, and multi-location support. Every plan includes the complete platform, AI writing, and migration help. We are not trying to be the cheapest report writer; we are building the system that makes the entire inspection company easier to run.
Sign up early and you pay $89/month for Solo (instead of $119) or $229/month for Teams (instead of $299) for your first six months. The clock starts from the day you sign up, and billing itself only begins once you've completed your three free inspections. After the six months you move to the standard rate. If you pay annually, the founding rate covers your whole first year — $890 for Solo, $2,290 for Teams. There's no cap on how many founding accounts we take: if you're early, you get it.
Yes. There's no monthly cap, no overage rate, and no counter to watch. Your busiest month costs the same as your slowest one.
Yes, any time. Head to Settings and choose a different plan. If you're on an annual plan and want to step up mid-year, the difference is prorated automatically.
No. When your clients pay by card, Stripe, PayPal, or Square charge their standard processing fees directly — that money goes straight to them, not to us. If you'd rather not absorb the card fee yourself, you can turn on fee pass-through so the client covers it on top of their invoice.
You can cancel any time and you won't be charged for the next billing period. Because you have full access to Inspector Studio right up until the day your plan ends, we don't issue refunds for the current period.
