The program is limited to one enrollment per person, license, and company.

Solo home inspectors who apply within 6 months of receiving their initial home inspector license. We verify the license and issue date before activating the benefit.
Only a completed inspection counts. Booking, rescheduling, or canceling a job does not use one of your free inspections.
The free period lasts until you complete 30 inspections or 6 months pass after approval, whichever comes first.
Your 12-month discount begins when the free inspection allowance is used or the 6-month free period ends. Solo is $59.50 per month or $595 for that first paid year.
Your subscription moves to the standard Solo price. We will send reminders before the price changes so the renewal is never a surprise.
The normal Solo platform is included. Payment processor charges and separately priced usage-based services, such as report translation, are not covered by the program. The offer cannot be combined with another promotion.
