What to actually expect

A migration is not a photocopy. Your data comes across, but the two systems don't lay out a PDF the same way, and some things are simply organized differently here than they are in Hive. Expect your report to look like your report and not like a pixel-perfect reproduction of the old one.

That's why we don't just hand you a finished account and wish you luck. We go through it with you — open your templates, spot-check the client list, look at a real report — and adjust until it's right. If something can't come across cleanly, we'll tell you before you've committed, not after.
