Inspector Studio
Invoices

Send an invoice to anyone. They pay online. No login.

Not every bill comes from a booking. A re-inspection fee, a consulting call, a deposit to hold a date, a repair-list follow-up — write an invoice, send the link, and they pay by card from their phone. No account to create, no portal to log into, nothing for them to figure out.

Start to paid in three steps

Write it, send it, get paid.

1

Write the invoice

Add line items and a total. Pull up a contact from your CRM, or type in a name and email — there doesn't have to be an inspection behind it.

2

Send the link

Email it straight from Inspector Studio, or copy the pay link and text it. The client gets a clean, branded page with your company name on it.

3

They pay from their phone

One tap, card details, done — no account, no portal, no password. The invoice marks itself paid and the money lands with your processor.

Not everything is a booking

A bill for the stuff that used to fall through the cracks.

Your inspection invoices already build themselves at booking. This is for everything else — the money you used to let slide because writing it up wasn't worth the hassle.

  • A re-inspection or trip fee for a second visit
  • A deposit to hold a date before the job is on the calendar
  • A consulting call, a records pull, an expert-witness hour
  • Anything you'd otherwise ask someone to "just Venmo you"

For invoices that come off a booking — services, add-ons, tax, the whole thing built automatically — that's the Payments side of the house. Same money, same books; this just covers the rest.

The follow-up you never do

It reminds them so you don't have to.

Nobody likes sending the "just circling back on that invoice" email. So Inspector Studio sends it for you — a polite reminder a few days out, and again the next week if it's still open. You set the schedule once, or leave the defaults.

When it's paid, the reminders stop on their own and the invoice closes itself out. The money moves through your own processor — Stripe, Square, PayPal, or Clover — and we don't take a cut of it.

  • Automatic reminders on a schedule you control
  • Pay by card through your own payment processor
  • Every invoice and payment flows into your accounting platform like any other

Stop letting the small stuff go uncollected.

Invoice anyone, they pay from a link, and the reminders handle themselves. Included in every plan.
