Inspector Studio connects to thousands of other apps through Zapier. When something happens in your inspection business — a booking, a completed report, a payment received — Zapier can automatically do something useful in another tool you already use. No code, no developer, no ongoing maintenance.
Get early accessIn Inspector Studio, go to Settings > Integrations > Zapier and generate a connection key. Copy it — you'll paste it in the next step.
Log in to Zapier, search for Inspector Studio, and paste your key. Then choose what should kick things off — a new booking, a delivered report, a payment received.
Pick what Zapier should do in the other app — send a Slack message, log a row in Google Sheets, create a task in Asana, or anything else. Turn it on and it runs quietly in the background from there.
Google Sheets, Slack, Trello, Asana, HubSpot, and thousands more. If there's a tool you already run your business in, Zapier can almost certainly connect it to Inspector Studio.
A booking comes in, a job wraps up, a payment clears — any of these can kick off an action in another app. Send a notification, log a row, create a follow-up task. You set it up once.
Zapier's setup is point-and-click. Pick what starts it, pick what it does, turn it on. It runs quietly in the background and you don't have to think about it again.
One booking can trigger several things at the same time — a confirmation email to the client, an update to your CRM, a notification to your team. String them together and they all run the moment the job comes in.
Tell Zapier to only act on certain kinds of jobs. Commercial inspections can go to one place, residential to another — based on whatever criteria makes sense for how you run your business.
Data moves securely between Inspector Studio and Zapier. You can revoke or refresh the connection from Settings any time — no assistance needed.
Connect Inspector Studio to the tools you already use and let the repetitive handoffs happen automatically. Set it up once, then get back to inspecting.
